About the Role:
The incumbent within Linear entertainment will work with Network strategy team to communicate its intended messaging in a visually compelling and engaging way and create a favourable disposition among clients and agencies. He / She will be responsible for execution of the network pitch decks for identified client accounts based on the brief provided by the network strategy leads. The incumbent in this role must focus on visual storytelling and leverage design and PowerPoint skills in a manner that draws greater client engagement during the meeting. The incumbent will need to execute customized network pitch decks at regular frequency using an optimal mix of text, videos, charts etc.

Disney Star as India’s No.1 broadcaster and entertainment network with a massive leadership advantage over competition has witnessed significant growth over the last few years in terms of viewership and audience engagement. The leadership edge is consistent across Hindi and regional language genres and our shows occupy most of the top 10 positions across markets. This position is expected to be part of the Entertainment Network Sales Strategy team which is pushing for a stronger linear entertainment narrative and enable frontline sales to extract greater share of ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customized network pitch decks based on central strategy brief to ensure that the intended narrative gets delivered in an engaging as well as effective way.
  • Use design skills to showcase network strengths and advantages as well as linear entertainment in an overall credentials presentation that can be a plug-in for various meetings. Develop and maintain design templates.
  • Build a plan to incorporate new insights and information specified by central strategy and measurement/analytics team to ensure that the network creds are updated and remain relevant on a continuous basis.
  • Manage quick turnaround and tight timelines by demonstrating a clear understanding of the brief, its expectations and response to feedback and inputs.
  • Collaborate with central strategy leads and sales to understand their presentation needs and provide visually compelling solutions.

Performance Measures:

  • Delivering visually attractive and engaging network pitch decks
  • Elevate the quality of storytelling laced with insights & network narrative through design.
  • Innovation in use of templates, layout, images, charts, videos, animation etc
  • Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders


  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in making impactful client presentations
  • Experience in Design/data visualization agency / Consulting firm.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design tools
  • Up-to-date with trends and best practices to continually improve presentation design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design / Animation or similar fields
  • Understanding of marketing and strategy concepts would be an advantage.
