How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Analyst, Production Finance will join the team to ensure timely and accurate execution of payments across the LATAM organization, in compliance with internal policies and established deadlines, within a multi-currency environment.
This role also provides financial support to the overall LATAM organization. A successful candidate is a self-starter who is willing to embrace challenges and continually seeks opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and process improvement.
The Analyst, Production Finance will be responsible for:
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of payments across the LATAM organization, in compliance with internal policies and established deadlines.
- Controlling and following up on the purchasing process, including purchase order creation and vendor setups.
- Managing timely payments to talent, writers, music-related services, production houses, and acquisitions.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, providing support related to invoices and payment status.
- Partnering with the Shared Services Support Center to resolve issues that may delay payments.
- Maintaining updated payment status reports and databases to monitor payments and cash flow impact.
- Supporting cash flow reporting and forecasts (5YP, AOP, Forecast) in collaboration with the Finance Planning team.
- Performing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support the financial needs of local productions.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Advanced student or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Finance roles, preferably with a strong focus on payments, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely execution of payments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and experience working with SAP and Coupa.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
