How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Finance and Operations team is an integral part of the Enterprise Sourcing team focused on setting the overarching Sourcing and Procurement strategy, monitoring functional and financial performance and overseeing enablement functions. The objectives of the team are to create vision, provide and maintain systems, tools, processes, and policy to enable one-source of truth, standardization, and consistency in Sourcing and Procurement service delivery. The Finance and Operations team supports the wider Sourcing team to maximize value as well as support key success drivers through governance. 

Providing clean data on which reports and analytics can be built is crucial to the success of the Finance and Operations team and the broader Enterprise Sourcing team.  The purpose of this role is to maintain governance around the spend data and utilize dashboards for reporting and analysis.  

The  Jr. Analyst, Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for:

  • Monitor the checks and if errors are identified, assess the impacts and communication required.   
  • Monitor outliers and investigate when required. 
  • Maintain AIC Metadata files such as Non Negotiable suppliers, Addressable Flag, Custom fields. 
  • Monitor open incidents on AIC and Reporting to ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 
  • Maintain the AIC Spend Classification Rules 
  • Maintain a process to compare new spend posted in AIC to a ‘validated’ list and identify exceptions to be reviewed. 
  • Review and correct spend categorization. 
  • Generate and distribute reports to different Enterprise Sourcing teams. 
  • Provide day to day support to the Finance and Operations team, Super users and broader ES team as required.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Self-starter with customer service skills. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with a curious mindset.
