How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Growth Marketing Analytics to turn complex data into powerful insights that accelerate user acquisition, improve marketing performance, and boost overall business growth. This role will work in closely collaboration with Marketing, Landing Page, Finance and Product teams, looking into marketings campaigns, audience segments, user behavior in platform, user lifetime, among other core business metrics.
The right candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience analyzing performance across channels (SEM, SEO, paid social, display, video), evaluating acquisition costs (CPA) and user lifetime value (LTV), and driving optimization through experimentation (A/B testing, lift analysis).
The Sr. Analyst, Growth Marketing Analytics will be responsible for:
- Analyze growth marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including SEM, SEO, display, social and video.
- Evaluate channel performance, acquisition costs (CPA), conversion funnels, landing page behavior (CVR, sessions), and customer LTV.
- Build dashboards and reports to track and communicate key growth metrics to stakeholders.
- Apply test & learn methodologies: analyze results of A/B tests, measure incremental impact, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with marketing, BI, and product teams to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign strategies with data.
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities across the marketing funnel.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 3+ years in Analytics, BI, or Data roles with a strong focus on Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, landing page metrics, and user acquisition funnels.
- Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs: CPA, LTV, CVR, ROAS, etc.
- Hands-on experience with large datasets (SQL / Snowflake or similar required).
- Experience with A/B testing, test design, incremental impact analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Proficiency in statistical programming (Python or R is a plus).
- Advanced level of English.
