How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Sr Manager, D+ Commercial Planning will join the team to driving business performance and ensuring all commercial initiatives, market dynamics, and strategic priorities are accurately reflected in the business P&L.

This role partners closely with Finance to develop the commercial plan, translating business activity into financial outcomes. Operating at the intersection of Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships, and Product, the role orchestrates execution of key commercial levers, leads business case development, and owns ongoing performance tracking and reporting.

The Sr Manager, D+ Commercial Planning will be responsible for:

  • Drive alignment between business performance, commercial initiatives, and P&L outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to develop forecasts, scenarios, and commercial plans.
  • Translate market trends and operational performance into financial insights and actions.
  • Build and evaluate business cases for new and existing initiatives, assessing impact, risks, and scalability.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution of commercial strategies (e.g., promotions, upsell, content planning, partnerships).
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Marketing, Content, Analytics, Product, Partnerships, and Finance.
  • Own BAU performance reporting, ensuring clear visibility on KPIs, gaps vs. targets, and action plans.
  • Deliver concise, data‑driven recommendations to support senior leadership decision‑making.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +8 years experience in similar roles. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consulting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work tools: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Data Visualization tools, AI tools, Airtable, among others.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and logical approach.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
