The Enterprise Technology Digital Experience organization is seeking a Lead Product Manager that will drive transformation and full deployment management of our Digital Experience Voice Service and Platform at Disney. This passionate leader is fueled by curiosity, energized by relationships, and motivated to shape future practices and drive continuous improvement that matters in the daily usage of the portfolio.

What you will be doing
In this role, you will be a Lead Product Manager for Voice Services with our Digital Experience team:
  • Provide Microsoft Teams solution design, plan and delivery in complex and regulated locations
  • Responsible for the project execution and implementation of Microsoft Teams Voice solutions from a variety of source environments
  • Provide best practice recommendations on Microsoft Teams migration scenarios, coexistence, and interop for the company’s varied PBX scenarios
  • Create/validate PBX to Enterprise Voice migration plan, and to ensure all deployments meet the level of readiness for successful deployment
  • Develop and deploy network optimization service architecture, reporting, call quality dashboard (CQD) monitoring and performance management
  • Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects, overseeing the work of other project team members and being accountable for the outcome of the project
  • Drives competitive advantage and operational excellence by enabling the digital employee in their day to day work through efficient delivery and integration of common, secure platforms, products and devices supporting responsible and efficient collaboration and communication
  • Leads, optimizes and operationalizes activities and procedures supporting the day-to-day work necessary for supporting our Digital Experience Connected Workspace service and collaboration across Disney, and designing and fulfilling automation to support the platform and its customers
  • Initiates and executes deployment readiness and maintains hardware/software currency activities, partnering with Service Management, Service Operations and Knowledge Management
  • Creates and owns a clear understanding of the program’s vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps
  • Develops documentation such as solution design packages, technical design reviews, operational readiness and reference material
  • Prioritizes and leads with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities. Operates as an independent and dynamic program leader.
  • Highly adept at influencing without direct authority
  • Utilizes highly developed communication skills to facilitate project and service-related conversations and presentations with technology senior leaders/managers/directors and peers; driving tasks and objectives to completion across multiple supporting teams

Experiencia laboral requerida:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Operations, Service Management or IT Support in an enterprise environment
  • Advanced IT experience including infrastructure design & implementation, application development, or systems work
  • Proficiency and deep awareness:
- Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing global architecture
- Microsoft Teams phone endpoints
- Microsoft 365, Unified Messaging platform, PowerBI, Powershell
- Knowledge about various PBX solutions including Cisco, Avaya
- Automation toolsets including Service Now, Kurmi
- Understanding of different billing systems and integrations
  • Experience overseeing lifecycle hardware and software refresh and currency projects
  • Experience with solution design, configuration of new and existing conferencing and collaboration platforms for video conferencing solutions
  • Advanced problem solving, decision making and business analysis skills
  • Microsoft 365 Certification / Training Cisco CCNP or CCIE Collaboration Certification

Educación requerida:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in STEM discipline or equivalent work experience
