Travel Industry Marketing Strategy leads the Business-to-Business and Business-to-Business-to- Consumer Marketing Strategy, Go-to-Market Approach, and distribution across all Domestic Sales Channels and several third-party relationships for Walt Disney World Resort. We deepen understanding of the product and drive conversion to deliver on business goals.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2025 – January 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to ensure our presence across marketing, advertising, and communication channels supports key business objectives

  • Coordinate and handle a variety of projects to accelerate conversion and drive the business

  • Execute marketing strategies across multiple Sales Channels

  • Lead Distribution Marketing projects with internal and/or external creative agencies to go-to-market on time and on budget

  • Assist with overall distribution of marketing messages

  • Interpret data to report on effectiveness of campaigns, understand trends, and optimize results. Assist in research, analytics, and providing reports

  • Assist with building various PowerPoint reports on recent marketing tactic performance and upcoming initiatives

  • Track industry trends and social-media benchmarks

  • Support creative efforts, including online and offline collateral development, photo, and video shoots

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Team collaboration and partnership skills

  • Personal leadership: demonstrate initiative while working independently and balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to construct and present a compelling story

  • Strong verbal, written communication, and project management skills, with a passion for attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills while proactively offering ideas and solutions

  • Strong social media/digital knowledge with an understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Marketing Internship experience

Education

  • Current Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

  • Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025-January 2026

  • Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida is $22.00 per hour.
