DAS’ Client Partnerships team is seeking a Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group within Client Partnerships, you will join a dynamic team that is responsible for building best-in-class advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities for partners based on Hulu and Disney+ suite of content and ad products with a focus on the growing Hosted and Exclusives branded content business. We’re looking for someone who is interested in helping advertising partners drive ROI by elevating their long form branded content on Hulu and Disney+ and leveraging our platforms’ data insights, ad product, and programming capabilities.
The right person for this role will support the Sr. Manager and should have strong organizational, interpersonal and strategic thinking skills as well as knowledge in sales and media, strategic development and technical capabilities.
Job Summary:
Supporting the Hosted branded content business, this role requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at a time. We seek a naturally inquisitive, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about being part of a team that is challenging the norm and redefining TV. This individual must have a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills to support team organizational needs and projects, both proactively and reactively, while working with many disciplines across the Disney organization, including but not limited to Entertainment Solutions, Disney CreativeWorks, Content Programming, Content Partnerships, Research, Analytics, Pricing and Planning, Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Addressable Solutions, Client Connect, Global Partnerships, Sales and Legal. This person must also embody and reinforce DET’s values of innovation, inclusion, inspiration, and integrity, contributing positively to our company culture.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Develop and maintain team documents, i.e., trackers, reporting, internal meeting and sales materials.
- Manage internal team organizational tools and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional team meetings as needed.
- Support team with aggregating and refining internal data for various reporting projects.
- Contribute to the development of market-leading Hosted content ad sales opportunities tied to Hulu and Disney+.
- Gather data, insights, creative assets for materials.
- Review and update existing materials with the latest information and details.
- Support the Sr. Manager in developing Hosted and Exclusive Streaming Sponsorships and Custom Solutions. Assist in managing Hosted projects end-to-end from pitch through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Assist Sr. Manager with Hosted partnership monitoring to ensure campaign deliverables remain on track
- Maintain clear communication and coordination across all departments, including Sales, Clients, Content, Legal, and Programming, to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery to content launch.
- Support the drafting, negotiation, and execution of Content Licensing Agreements.
- Support Sr. Manager in resolving operational challenges and barriers, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle and addressing any issues that arise quickly and effectively.
- Support the Sr. Manager in the content approval process, ensuring timely and accurate approvals from Content Partnerships, Legal, S&P and any other applicable teams.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience within the media industry, preferably, at publisher, network or agency.
- Appetite for learning and a curiosity-driven mindset.
- Highly organized.
- Creative and strategic thinker – ability to think strategically and creatively and adapt to marketplace changes as it relates to developing solutions for clients.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, attention to detail-led approach with the ability to multi-task and manage time.
- Self-motivated and proactive; eager to lean in.
- Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift.
- Familiar with Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets and Airtable.
- Experience with deck creation via PowerPoint and/or Keynote and ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentations
- Preferred: strong interest for streaming content as well as the Hulu and Disney+ brands

The hiring range for this position in Chicago, IL is $53,300 to $71,300 per year and in New York, NY is $55,800 - $74,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
