How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Jr. Analyst, Sales Insights & Communications will join the team supporting Sales and Commercial teams by transforming data into actionable insights and compelling sales materials. This role is key in analyzing audience trends and segmentation using inputs from BI and Research and turning those findings into strategic recommendations that enhance client engagement and commercial performance.
The analyst will also be responsible for building visually engaging sales materials that help tell the story to clients, aligning data with business needs and opportunities. A strong understanding of the streaming business, local market dynamics, and deal structures will be essential to ensure relevance and impact in all deliverables.
The Jr. Analyst, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible for:
- Interacting with internal Disney teams to understand available and approved data and upcoming information for clients/agencies.
- Analyzing provided data to create insights materials (infographics, in-depth presentations, etc.)
- Creating best use case studies and go-to-market sales materials.
- Developing appropriate processes to ensure approval of data to be used for external facing materials (clients and agencies).
- Engaging with Sales teams and clients directly in the review and discussion of data trends, insights, and recommendations.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Graduates in Business Administration, Communication, Advertising/Media or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English and Spanish level, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of digital media or advertising – prior exposure or interest in the streaming/media industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Keynote or other presentation tools – ability to build visually engaging and client-facing materials.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail – capable of identifying trends and translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills – ability to build clear and compelling sales materials.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn – open to feedback and growth in a fast-paced environment.
