How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Partnership Marketing & Media Network Synergy will be Responsible for planning and integration of partnership based marketing, promotional, broadcast and synergy efforts for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line and Disneyland Resort. Identify and develop new partnerships, growth and maintenance of these partnerships designed to deliver on the primary marketing objectives of the division.

The Manager, Partnership Marketing & Media Network Synergy will be responsible for:

  • Develop integrated partner alliance marketing programs to support the Disney Parks product portfolio including, Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line.
  • Lead the negotiation and development of multi-faceted partnership marketing programs supporting Disney Parks within the LATAM market.
  • Develop new external partner relationships with major brands, companies, and media groups that complement the overall partnership marketing strategies and goals.
  • Pursue, identify, lead and oversee development of 360o marketing efforts, including execution of broadcast opportunities with open and paid media groups and digital media that will strategically align with business objectives.
  • Ensure tactics are on strategy and within scope designed to deliver upon the identified goals of both Disney Parks and partner.
  • Identify the respective partner and Disney collaborative teams and provide strategic direction guiding the development and execution of promotional tactics and keep , also ensuring the parameters already created by Parks team to guarantee Parks visibility
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships throughout the organization inclusive of TWDC/LATAM offices to maximize collaborative project teams, leverage resources, and assess results and benchmark best practices.
  • Guide the services of and collaborate with in-country marketing services agencies.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent Ideal MBA or similar.
  • At least minimum 4 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy, Consumer Package Goods Brand Manager, Advertising Account Manager, Business/Program Manager.
  • Experience working with Latin America markets, especially Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining cross function relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data analyses and draw marketing implications from research and consumer insight.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, project management and marketing communications.
  • Media & Entertainment experience – to strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience and understanding of all forms of traditional and non-traditional media with emphasis on broadcast, digital and social media.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Portuguese (preferred).
