How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, CRS & Corporate Communications will join the team to lead and oversee the local execution and adaptation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Mexico.

The role is responsible for delivering social impact programs, managing strategic partnerships, and driving brand storytelling to enhance corporate reputation. As a part-time role, the Supervisor will act as a key bridge between the regional CSR Strategy and local Corporate Communications needs, ensuring CSR acts as a primary driver for brand equity.

The Supervisor, CRS & Corporate Communications will be responsible for:

CSR Strategy Implementation & Program Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of social investment initiatives in Mexico, including signature programs, cause-marketing campaigns and volunteering activities.
  • Adapt regional strategies to local needs and business priorities, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance, impact metrics, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for Disney to participle of local initiatives that can help reinforce its reputation.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Define CSR advocacy plans to identify and prioritize key actions for the brand’s relationship with main stakeholders, aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with non-profits, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main local point of contact for CSR-related initiatives and represent the company in external initiatives (events, forums, partnerships).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications, and other business teams.

Communications, Activations & Events

  • Partner with Corporate Communications and its agencies, to amplify CSR initiatives through strategic storytelling and media opportunities.
  • Oversee development and localization of communication materials (including press releases, briefing documents, presentations, and executive updates).
  • Ensure alignment between CSR initiatives, corporate reputation priorities, and brand messaging.
  • Help execute CSR campaigns communication, impact activations and volunteering events, ensuring strong brand representation.
  • Coordinate local events involving community partners, media, talent participation and internal stakeholders, overseeing logistics, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration for local initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a fluent relationship with dedicated media, influencers and referents in CSR, Sustainability, Community Relations, and Philanthropy.

Governance, Operations & Reporting

  • Provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, approval processes, and due diligence requirements related to donations, partnerships and social investments.
  • Oversee budget management and administrative processes including resource allocation, vendor management, purchase orders and budget tracking.
  • Consolidate local performance updates and contribute to regional reporting.
  • Oversee key operational aspects including presentations, events, stakeholder experiences and internal coordination.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Sustainability, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies in CSR, Sustainability, Communications, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • +7 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in campaign execution, purpose-driven marketing, stakeholder engagement, event production and strategic communications are desirable.
  • Experience in media, entertainment or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proactive, flexible and collaborative; a team player with the ability to work independently within a regional matrix structure.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation.
  • Knowledge of content production, reporting tools, or design platforms is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
