How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Partners & Trade Marketing will join the team to play a strategic role in driving the success of Disney+ through the development and execution of regional and local co-marketing initiatives. This position ensures that all partner & trade marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, maximizing value through effective partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative strategies that enhance brand presence and business performance.
The Supervisor, Partners & Trade Marketing will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning and execution of partner and trade marketing activations and events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and commercial priorities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, clients, and agencies—through close collaboration with the commercial team—to drive long-term value and alignment.
- Support and guide the commercial team in delivering best-in-class materials and flawless execution across all initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize Partner & Trade Marketing efforts through strategic insights, trend analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Develop and present executive-level reports with performance metrics that clearly demonstrate commercial impact and ROI.
- Ensure consistent coordination and alignment between Partner & Trade Marketing and commercial teams to enhance communication and execution efficiency.
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in trade marketing, partnership development, or brand strategy, ideally within the streaming, entertainment, media, or technology industries.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional projects across regional markets.
- Track record of building strategic alliances and managing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Experience in budget management and delivering projects within deadlines and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams while maintaining operational excellence.
- Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Excel Intermediate - Power Point Advanced).
- Advanced level of English.
