You will report to the Sales Manager.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do
As a Disney Vacation Club Guide, you’ll be the face of Disney Vacation Club for Guests and Members—delivering daily sales presentations in person, by phone, and via video. You’ll guide prospects toward ownership decisions by sharing the Disney Vacation Club story and showcasing your deep knowledge of both DVC and Walt Disney World. This role is a performance-based sales role with strong earning potential and the chance to build lasting relationships with Disney fans from around the world.
On any given day, you will:
Build trust through relationship selling and close on DVC contracts.
Identify short and long-term goals to reach sales revenues.
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with Members and Guests. Even develop referrals an leads.
Capture and nurture high-interest leads through in-person and virtual marketing tactics.
Present the DVC program across multiple channels—phone, chat, webinar, and in-person, providing descriptive details on features of DVC properties, as well as articulate the benefits of vacationing with DVC.
Collaborate with fellow DVC team members and other internal partners to support the Guest experience across various locations, including the resort model rooms and off-site destinations.
Advocate for the right point allocations to meet vacation goals from Guests all around the world.
Generate contracts using effective closing techniques and initiate transactions in the contract system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Have 1+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or similar guest-focused positions.
Active and in-good-standing Florida Real Estate License.
Proven success in a competitive sales environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess exceptional follow-up skills to effectively nurture pipeline opportunities, supporting the growth of individual prospects and the overall member base.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate as a self-starter, with the capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Excellent telephone skills, computer proficiency, guest service and relationship building skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads while presenting excellent people skills and a friendly attitude.
Comfortable working onsite in a structured onsite environment with full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in Windows-based systems and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a dynamic, win-win attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales.
Background in hospitality or timeshare programs.
Familiarity with Disney Parks, Resorts, or DVC products.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
