Our goal is to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at The Walt Disney Company. 

The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Commercial Strategy, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months.

The DSE Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Operations Rotational Associate will be an in-office role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The associate may travel locally within the WDW resort area for certain site visits and projects as needed. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within the Sales Operations Support teams.

We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2026.

You Will Do/Responsibilities:

  • Tackle meaningful and high-impact projects that drive business results

  • Participate in a robust professional development curriculum including cohort meetings, networking, and company-wide leader events

  • Develop critical technical, operational, and leadership skills

  • Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders

  • Support Cast Members across multiple DVC Sales Operations functions

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing incentive distribution and maintaining accurate records

  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights on call volume, task management, and overall operational performance

  • Gain exposure to the end-to-end DVC Sales ecosystem, supporting both frontline and behind-the-scenes functions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Training, and Operations) on pilot programs and new initiatives

  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and standardizing best practices

  • Build communication and presentation skills through regular stakeholder updates and project showcases

  • Upon completion of the program, successful participants may be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for long-term career growth

You Will Have/Required Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) within the Travel, Hospitality, Vacation Membership industry, Sales Operations, Data/Analytics, or related field

  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data.

  • Experience working in an agile environment where direction and priorities may shift and change quickly.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment 

  • Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

  • Access to dependable transportation is required for travel to multiple locations within the state of Florida.

  • Able to work in an environment that may require lifting up to 50 lbs. in instances such as supporting sales events, meetings, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Practical or university/classes within Business, Operations, Sales, etc. 

  • Experience working with Canva and other advanced software programs

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM programs

  • Experience looking for trends and reviewing data as well as presenting finding to peers and leadership when needed.

  • Understanding of the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) product and offerings

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (completed between Summer 2025-Summer 2026)
