Supporting Corporate Communications across Australia and New Zealand, this role provides hands-on, practical, and cross-functional administrative support to the Corporate Communications team, consisting of Communications, Engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Working closely with Communications, Engagement, and Social Responsibility to service and coordinate projects, campaigns, and tasks aimed at building upon the reputation of The Walt Disney Company, internally and externally
Driver of team operations, systems & processes
Administration and support across end to end delivery of projects across the team
Execution support to deliver internal and external events and activations to drive engagement of our Cast Members (employees)
Support integrated communications campaigns, as well as cause-marketing campaigns, philanthropic thought leadership
Support maintenance of Corporate Social Responsibility compliance and reporting
Effective tracking of program and task status paired with proactive communication across the team
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
2-5 years of experience in a Corporate Communication, Business & Marketing/PR, Events, Corporate Social Impact, or similar field
Qualifications in Communications, Events and Engagement, CSR or related fields; Project Management/Systems; Business Administration; Environmental Sustainability, ESG, Behavioural Science
Solid understanding of communication and engagement principles and practices within ANZ and globally
Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering communication and stakeholder engagement campaigns (including writing, creating, and producing content) for internal and external audiences will be beneficial
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective
Open minded, flexible, and adaptable in outlook and approach
Inquisitive with a desire and capacity to learn and relearn
