Join The Walt Disney Company as a Marketing Operations Lead where you will drive the execution and campaign delivery of our lifecycle communications to enable the initiatives and objectives of our marketers. In this role you will be accountable from solution design to solution build and deployment. You will also assist with establishing a best practice environment that champions the application of data/technical messaging solutions against existing capabilities and channel subject matter with regional partners.  In addition, this role administers user lifecycle messaging tests to drive experimentation and draw learnings from strategies defined by our marketers. This role is a hybrid of skill sets, which include: hands-on coding, test instrumentation, marketer strategy thought-partner, and user advocate - leveraging expert internal resources when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and deliver lifecycle messages.
  • Optimize messaging and adopt best practices.
  • Run split and multivariate tests.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to drive video content engagement.
  • Manage project plans and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Lead a team of Marketers and Analytics.
  • Administer complex experiments to mitigate churn.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other legal requirements.
  • Document solutions for transparency.

Ideal experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in HTML, template scripting (AMPscript, Liquid), and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Experience with messaging platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
