How will you contribute to our magical experience?

At Disney Brazil, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) area serves as a strategic bridge between people management and business objectives. With a focus on driving organizational performance, HRBPs work in alignment with HR COE strategies and in close partnership with leaders and teams, translating the company’s priorities into concrete actions related to development, culture, and engagement.

The Jr. Analyst, Human Resources will be responsible for:

  • Support in logistics, coordination, and facilitation (led by the HRBP) of development initiatives, employee experience, and HR events (examples: engagement sessions, team building, “On Air with Tech”, support actions during executive visits – strategic alignment for these initiatives is managed by the HRBP in partnership with the business);
  • Employee support within the HRBP’s scope, including conversations around policies, processes, and career-related questions (especially for entry-level positions);
  • Support to leaders with basic inquiries, such as system navigation (Workday, job requisition creation, position setup, how to open tickets for GHRO/Payroll consultations, etc.);
  • Tactical support in HR processes and routines, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, internal movements, system updates and maintenance (e.g., cost center, department, leader), recognition programs (Thank You, Star Award, etc.), and documentation (contracts, amendments), involving areas such as TA, GHRO, C&B, etc.;
  • Support to HRBP and leaders in creating and maintaining organizational charts for their respective areas;
  • Governance of job descriptions by area, supporting leaders in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions within their scope;
  • Casual Buyer for the HR area, responsible for processing payments through internal company systems and procedures;
  • Support in the development of presentations;
  • Operational support in generating reports and working with support areas to ensure access to necessary information;
  • Monthly audits of employee data bases to update information such as job title, cost center, department, and others;
  • Follow-up with HRBP on governance of the annual MYR and EOY processes to ensure goals are met and formalized;
  • Support in the selection process for the Early Careers Program, working with leadership and TA;
  • Support to HRBP and leaders in performance follow-ups, participating in specific meetings or analyzing documents when needed (e.g., physical presence tracking with Security, disciplinary history in Workday and GHRO, or other requests from HRBP and ER);
  • Tactical support in governance and compliance with time tracking processes, including presentations for the business areas.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in HR routines, either as a generalist HRBP or as a specialist in areas such as Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation, among others.
  • Advanced student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Effective communication and ability to build relationships across different organizational levels.
  • Emotional intelligence to manage conflicts and support both leaders and employees.
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Workday, advanced Excel, and other HR systems.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements.
