How you will contribute to our magical experience:
As a Trade Marketing Supervisor, you’ll bridge the gap between brand positioning and commercial performance. Your mission is to bring our strategic vision to life through trade marketing campaigns, events, and activations that resonate with our partners and audiences. By leveraging insights, market knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help strengthen Disney’s footprint in the market - delivering results that move the business forward.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and executing trade marketing campaigns that support DASP’s (Disney Ad Sales & Partnerships) commercial objectives and enhance brand visibility through media, events, and partner experiences.
Collaborating with internal teams including Creative, BI, PR, Legal, Finance, and Partner Marketing to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform campaign strategy.
Evaluating the strategic value of major market events, assessing which opportunities best align with our brand message and target audiences.
Monitoring performance metrics to track campaign success and implement data-driven improvements.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, especially the Area Director, ensuring initiatives are well documented and strategically aligned.
Managing trade marketing budgets with responsibility and strategic focus, owning the planning and execution of four key annual events, including industry activations and Disney's Upfront
Supporting and training commercial teams on trade marketing tools and the streaming content calendar, unlocking business opportunities in every touchpoint.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
5 -7 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, or agencies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders across functions.
Hands-on experience with market activations and events.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and structure.
Knowledge of the Brazilian advertising ecosystem and key players.
Advanced English is required for presentations and meetings. Spanish is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with microphone/IFB systems is a plus.
A proactive spirit, ability to inspire trust, and a focus on driving impactful results.
