JOB SUMMARY:

Disney Star recently launched a pioneering ad solution that enables Targeting on Linear Television via Addressable Ads. This ad product will set the tone for evolution of Linear TV advertising in India where brands will get the opportunity to access specific audience cohorts and achieve better returns on their ad spends (ROAS). The candidate we seek will be responsible for taking up ownership of the GTM strategy and campaigns execution processes for this new Addressable ads’ product.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

This team consists of individuals who have one eye on the future landscape of TV advertising in India and one eye on current marketing and media planning trends that are prevalent in the market.

We constantly strive to deliver a data backed, insightful narrative that our entertainment ad sales teams can use to enhance their conversations with Clients and Agency partners alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Strategic inputs to aid refinement & evolution of the addressable ads proposition & GTM approach for advertisers and media agencies through active collaboration with line manager and sales leadership.

  • Partner frontline sales team engaged in addressable ad product pitches to clients as a Product Owner

  • Detailed analysis of Tata Play panel and other partner’s viewership Data at regular intervals to derive key inferences to enhance the Addressable ads product in terms of audience insights, pricing, platform understanding etc.

  • Create Advertising Deals/Proposals as per client briefs and coordinate with our sales teams to ensure timely response to all proposals and sales requirements regarding the Addressable ad product.

  • Ownership of all Addressable ads product campaign executions including coordination with relevant internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining campaign reports regularly, sharing campaign reports and data at regular intervals to clients or agency partners.

  • Analysis of TV viewership data, Digital Spends data and general market trends to develop a robust client data base for Addressable Ads product and identify opportunities for potential expansion.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Fluent Media Planning fundamentals across TV & Digital Mediums

  • Keen eye for detail and data analytics

  • Team player & ability to work with multiple stakeholders seamlessly

  • Proficient soft skills - interpersonal communication and Presentation capabilities is a must

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 to 8 years’ experience in domains of media planning / marketing/ consulting

  • Working knowledge of the Indian Media Landscape is a must.

  • Proficiency in Media Software like BARC YUMI is a must along with knowledge of either TGI / GWI / ComScore

  • Proficiency in MS OFFICE tools is a must
